DHL Oversize Charge

If any part of your dimension, such as length, width, and height, exceeds 48" then DHL will charge a $50 oversize service fee. Also, if your package exceeds a certain weight then you will also have to pay this fee.

Surcharges are applied for any shipment containing one or more packages that exceed the non-conveyable weight of 70 kg or 150 lb. DHL also applies surcharges for any shipment containing one or more packages with any dimension in excess of 48 in.
